Yettis Kitchen Suya pepper (YAJI) is a mixed spice with strong peanut and peppery notes. It is most commonly used as a dry rub, leaving meat/fish/Vegetables juicy and tender, with mild heat and a nutty taste. Keep in a cool dry place.
Ingredients: Roasted peanut powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, Grains of selim (uda), Calabash Nutmeg (Ehuru), Ginger, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Chilli Powder, all-purpose seasoning.

Serving suggestion: Rub over meat/poultry, Marinate overnight, and grill or bake at 400f
Drizzle over vegetables of your choice (We love broccolini, carrots, and asparagus especially) With olive oil, sprinkle suya pepper and bake for 20 mins at 400 degrees.
